I bought a 2013 chevy camaro. James showed me an excellent customer service, he was very helpful and guided thru the whole process and we didn't stay that long and i got what i want. Also todd was there too to help out and help me clear and explain all the details. I would definitely come back for future purchase! And lastly the staff were very friendly too and was nice to my little kid who is throwing tantrums at that time. A 5 star dealer for me!

Appointment call with Caitlin, Service Advisor Bill Finch, Customer Service Manager, Marsha and the Detailer Tovias G., who applied the First Place Finish as well as Mace Perry in Parts. Everyone, and I mean everyone, I came into contact with went above and beyond with the quality of customer service! I am literally blown away with the level of professionalism, kindness and consideration and I will definitely recommend Dublin Chevorlet to all my friends and family. Other than a short wait for the service writer every employee was friendly. The only complaint I would have is that the repair order was very difficult to read (printer problems)and I did not receive an inspection form to get a better idea of the overall health of my vehicle.
